A clean facade protects the value of a building
A dirty facade spoils the impression of a building and shortens the plaster lifespan: algae and mould trap moisture and gradually degrade the surface. We wash with low-pressure technology using biocidal products that kill micro-organisms at depth; for more resistant surfaces we use hot water under pressure.
We always choose the method by material. Insulated facades (ETICS) need different pressure than clinker, concrete or stone. We work from lifts, scaffolding and rope access, so we handle family houses as well as high-rise buildings. Price from 70 CZK/m²; after washing we recommend a preventive impregnation.

No. We wash ETICS with low pressure and suitable chemistry; we always verify the method on a test area before doing the whole facade.

With a preventive impregnation the facade typically stays clean for 3–5 years, depending on orientation and nearby vegetation.
