Personal data processing policy
Effective from 21 July 2026
In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version of this document prevails.
This policy explains what personal data we process about you when you contact us through the form or browse this site, why we do it and what rights you have. The site is used to request our commercial cleaning services; contracts are concluded offline.

What data we process
a) Contact data you enter in the form:
- company name
- contact person's name
- phone and e-mail
- city, object type and address
- optional details: requested service, area, survey date and a note
b) Technical and marketing data sent automatically together with the form, but only after you grant cookie consent. Without consent these fields stay empty:
- date and time of submission
- URL and title of the page of submission
- traffic source (referrer)
- UTM parameters: source, medium, campaign, content, term
- GCLID (Google Ads click identifier)
- device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
- browser language
Why we process the data and on what legal basis
- Handling the request from the contact form. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without this data we cannot contact you or prepare a quote.
- Measuring site traffic with Google Analytics. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Evaluating advertising campaign performance and attributing the source of a request (UTM, GCLID, referrer). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
For both analytics and marketing attribution we rely on consent, not legitimate interest. These tools work with cookies and identifiers shared with an advertising platform, and such processing must not start without consent.
Who we share the data with
We do not share the contact data from the form with third parties for their own purposes. As processors we use:
- Google Ireland Limited as the provider of Google Analytics (traffic analytics).
- Google Ireland Limited as the provider of Google Ads. The GCLID is returned to Google Ads to measure conversions and attribute a request to a campaign.
Google may also process data outside the EU. In that case the transfer relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep the data
- Contact data from a request: for the time needed to handle it and then no longer than 12 months if no contract arises. If a contract is concluded, retention follows the statutory periods.
- Analytics data in Google Analytics: according to the GA retention setting, by default no more than 14 months.
- Marketing attribution (UTM, GCLID, referrer): for as long as the consent is valid, at the latest until it is withdrawn.

How to exercise your rights
Write to us at poptavky@apexgold.cz. You can change or withdraw consent to analytics and marketing cookies at any time via the Cookie settings link in the site footer. A complaint can be lodged with the ÚOOÚ (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz).
